What is a date field?

A date field is used if you want the participants to enter specific dates, such as date of birth.

When adding an extra field in the registration form, you can choose the type Date field from the dropdown menu. 

When the participant enters this field they will be presented with a calendar to choose from or they can fill in the date manually. The date format required is determined by the date format on the participant's computer, smart phone or tablet.
