Pindena Innsjekk means 'check-in' in Norwegian – the app is currently only available in Norwegian, but it’s simple to use.
The app has several sections, each explained here:
Oppgi nettadresse (Login)
- Enter the name of your Pindena site like this: companyname.pameldingssystem.no
- It’s the same web address you use to log in to the main system.
- Do not write https://www. in front or / at the end.
Log in with your email and password
- The app will remember your login.
- You don’t need to log in again, even if you close the app.
- You can log out by tapping the logo icon in the top right corner.
Aktiviteter (Activities)
- List of upcoming activities sorted by date
- Search for an activity and select it
- Mark an activity as a favourite to keep it at the top

- Tap Start check-in on the menu bar to scan QR codes
- View participants who are registered in the Not checked in list
- This shows everyone with status Registered or Confirmed

Error messages
OBS. Deltageren er allerede møtt opp
(Note: The participant has already been checked in.)
If a participant does not have Registered or Confirmed status, you’ll see an error when scanning. This could mean they are on the waiting list, cancelled, etc.
A participant may show as Checked in if their QR code has already been scanned or their status was set manually in the app or system.
Deltageren er ikke påmeldt, kan være avmeldt

App settings for Apple devices
The app needs access to your camera to scan QR codes.
You can allow camera access — this is how it should look in your settings on an Apple device.
